I remember you once making reference to a potential usable fuel increase for the 175. Since we all have 4.5 gallons per tank unusable fuel, I would be interested in learning more about this and potentially joining in with others on the cost to get approval for some type of conversion.

I noticed other aircraft such as the 177 has only 0.5 unusable each tank. Wouldn't it be nice to have numbers more similar to these?

Hi Chris, Everyone,

I'd jump on this in a NewYork Minute. I paln my flights IAW 42 gal usable...by being able to use the "bottom" 42 instead o the "top" 42, I could take off w/60 lbs less fuel...thus helping out w/payload.

Yes, but it will be a bit before anything happens on this unless there is alot of interest generated by it. The other problem is that it will have to be STC for each airframe/engine combination.
