There is a GO 300 A on Barnstormers that may be worth looking at if anyone needs an engine. The ad says its been overhauled but doesn't have cylinders.

Jim,
Did you get yours back?

Not yet, Gene got the main bearings in this week, so he has all of the parts. He used almost all of the parts that I bought and scrapped almost everything in the engine I flew up with. He couldn't use the bearings in the spare I bought since they didn't have any paper work so if you know someone that wants some std main bearings without paperwork I probably will have some.
I'm figuring early October maybe late September. I'll give you a call when I head up that way.

Jim,
Any word on getting your plane back?
I talked with Gene today and he said that it is ready to go. Looking at the weather I think that I may just drive up in a rental on Thursday and fly back. This weekend doesn't look good, and Paul's plane was apart the last time I looked which was last Thursday. I'll give you a call when it is definate.

I keep seeing this reference to a G0-300A engine on Ebay and now on Barnstormers, where is it? I have checked both places the past couple of weeks and can't find it.

Herb,
The engine I originally posted about is gone now. There is still one on Barnstormers under cessna>175 on the first page.
