If you use Avatars go to your control panel (The My controls link at the top of the page) and then scroll down to Avatar and click on it, you can upload a picture of yourself or whatever you want people to see in each one of your posts. I have allowed them to be larger 150 X 150 size so they can be seen better. Upload a new picture to take advantage of the bigger size.
